3 Tbsp yeast
4 cups warm water
3 Tbsp sugar
Let bloom, then add...
3 eggs
3/4 cup oil
give it a quick whisk then add...
9-10 cups flour
2 tsp salt
Knead until it is a soft but not stick dough, if you need to add more flour do so until it’s still a soft dough. Cover and let rise 20 min, punch down, let rise 30 min. Make into buns and rise 1 hour covered. Bake at 375 for 15-18 min.
