Pavlova/Victoria Sponge with Lemon Curd

Service Description

In this class you'll learn how to make mini pavlovas that are crunchy on the outside and have a marshmallow fluffy inside and while they're baking we'll be making whipped cream from scratch, washing and cutting our fruit to put on top as well as our garnish. While your pavlova bakes we'll make a lemon Victoria sponge cake with lemon curd and whipped cream filling. This class will be 2-2 1/2 hours long.

Cancellation Policy

Baking with Candice appreciates your consideration when it comes to cancelling. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking you will be charged the full amount. If you're unable to attend you're welcome to find someone else to take your spot or there is a cancellation fee of $7.
